Is using stolen SS#--felony social security fraud ? Does stolen SS# belongs to someone else--felony identity theft? 2 federal felonies that are committed by MILLIONS of illegal aliens. If anyone else commits these crimes, it's prison. But for illegal aliens, it's a free pass. Will selective enforcement of our laws will kill this country?

4. I believe working under a stolen SS# is felony social security fraud, however, I base it on the fact that that is what Elvira Arellano was convicted of. However, she was also working in a secure area of an airport, which might have raised special circumstances. I understand that roughly 90% of identity fraud is related to illegal immigration (read that somewhere, can't remember where, but it was mainstream.)

(everyone who is involved with this particular community knows this for a fact) otherwise none of them would be working at fast food joints and other places that require an SS number in order to work. Someone could be using your number right now, so get a credit report.
7. An earmark of the illegal immigration debackle is a double standar of law and order. One for legal American citizens and one for illegal immigrants. We can't do anything to them to disuade their approach and invasion of our country. That's a fundatmental problem. Only when America gets corporal, wherein loss of freedom or life is involved, will illegals stop coming. This is true for those that emply them as well. Our government hasn't got the gumption or ability to solve this problem. They are buys picking lint out of their navels and eating bon bon's, while keeping an eye on the dirty money they all take from the system to be able to defend Americas best interst. It would be possible to allow workers to work in law but there is not enforcement or care to. Our government has failed us ...and they should be held accountable. Take away their bon bons!
8. Ok...let's see if I can answer everything you have asked. Using a someone else's SS# is fraud as well as felony identity theft. But, if they are prosecuted, they will most likely only be charged with one or the other and not both. However, it takes the person whose SS# was stolen to file the complaint. My identity was stolen. I went to the DPS office to renew my drivers license and found out that my name had been changed. I filed a complaint with the FBI. There is currently a warrant out for the arrest of the person using my identity. It causes problems for me when I have been pulled over, but I have documentation showing that it is really me. (A copy of the complaint I filed.)
9. people sell their info to the illegals. it is a disgrace to this country. those people need to be imprisoned. sent to some other country for fraud when released from prison.
