Is it right for Federal judge to tell SSA it has no right?
To contact employers if social security # doesnt match employee? Isnt the federal govt. telling illegals its ok to break into our country and then steal someones identity as long as it gets you a job. I have always heard that stealing someones identiy was against the law so whats going on?

- I am clueless about what you are speaking of. As far as I know when I conduct background checks and if I find the employee name does not match the SS number I report it if after I investigate it is fraudulent. I am not sure what you read but I have a gut feeling you read incorrectly.
