4. You are referring to the practice of the military to hire security companies to guard personnel in Iraq rather than assigning military personnel to the job. They pay these security companies outrageous amounts of money. To answer your question, yes. They do a better job. I was in the military and I can tell you first hand, the training the military gets is a joke. If I needed guards in Iraq, I would trust the securty companies 100 times before I would trust the military to keep me safe...
