Security clearances?
How can a person obtain a TOP SECURITY CLEARANCE credentials? For federal government employment. Thanks keep answering, I currently have a valid concealed weapons permit.

- The security clearance is issued by the FBI after they scrutinize your background. So, in order to obtain the top credentials, you will need to pass muster with the FBI background check.
- First off, you have to apply for a position in which a TS clearance is required. (You don't request one) Then, the govt runs a background check on you. For me, they talked to some neighbors from where I grew up, old teachers, etc. It's a little disconcerting to know how much info they must have on me.
