Our postman only delivers mail on days when he feels like it. He called in sick 2 days. Can he do this?!?
Post office was contacted but they said he would deliver when he returned. We are a business that contributes millions of dollars to the local & Federal economy (local jobs, parking taxes, amusement taxes, use of local business). Do we have any recourse?

- pick it up and dont tip him at christmas
- You say he is doing that , And then ask if he can ! You can file a charge at your local court .
- Don't rely on the postman, arrange to drop off and pick up your mail at the post office, and then you won't have to deal with him at all. Remember, at heart he's a government employee.
- Contact the postmaster general and file a complaint.
- if the post man is sick and has sick leave he can call in sick,.....you might think about getting a post office box,.....
- file a charge to the court because you cant be a postman if he is lazy
