Are the banks and post office open tommorrow?

I heard rumors federal jobs are closing tommorro in remembrance to Gerald Ford (RIP) Is it true?

7. I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. According to my local newspaper, tv, and radio stations, Federal and State offices will be closed tomorrow, most banks will be open, and some city offices will be open. Listen to your local news or read your local newspaper to determine offices that will be closed in your area.
