How soon is too soon to apply for a job after college? I will be graduating in December 2007 and am eager to apply for jobs in hopes to land an entry level position by graduation or soon after. However, although it is the middle of September would it be too soon to apply? I have been consistently browsing the government jobs and private organizations and as of now there are nearly 45 openings that I would apply and be qualified for just by reviewing the agencies requirements listed in the state I currently reside. I am eager and do not want to wait until the last minute, but at the same time I do not want to start too soon and have potential employers not take me seriously because I still have 3 months before graduation. However, I must also mention at least 90% of the jobs I am looking to apply for are "continuous posting" positions throughout SC that are standard entry level positions in the Department of Social Services that have been open month, after month, after month.

My Brahmin's cast friend deeply loves a sc cast boy. before falling in love she didn't know the boy is belonged to a sc cast. she told her family about this guy. She has been trying to agree her family to marry with that boy for last few years. but family is not agree with this relationship. Serious: Federal Government experimental study results? I replied to a job in the Columbia, SC classifieds six years ago about a one day job that would pay $250. I was contacted by a doctor who told me to show up at the address listed below. A strange study was conducted on me that included isolation, military enforcement, and 3 hour lie-detector test in which I was told to lie, but not explicitly. Everything was videotaped and I was asked not to speak of the study to anyone. I would like to know the results of the study, whether I should expect any long-term effects, and if any of my personal information is on file with the Federal Government about this study. The experience was very surreal, and I have a strange feeling that I have forgotten something important about the study. Can anyone help me get to the bottom of this? And from what I've heard, with a B.Sc Statistics degree I can go for IT-related Masters courses like MCA or M.Sc (I.T.) apart from M.Sc Statistics. So my first question is... Q.1 ) What are all the possible post graduate programmes I can go for with a B.Sc Statistics degree in hand ? I already know of MCA, M.Sc Statistics and MBA for sure. And correct me if I'm wrong I think also M.Sc IT. (Please also mention the course-durations) Next, I had almost decided on M.Sc IT but now I'm also considering M.Sc Stats since I heard Statisticians can earn pretty impressive packages... What should we do to decrease our population of India? Government should implement a scheme(If there is anybody have one child, can get Rs.10,000. or anything like this). Nobody should lay one more child. If there is one child in one family, they can get important in all fields. Government should give the scholarship from LKG to higher study for all. What a common general person do for India? I born in India. I love India. India is full of hard working and talented person. But these politicians ruined the newer generation for the sake of votes. There is Quota system, reservations, crime etc. I do not want to take much time. I want to ask some questions from the Indian Govt. From childhood till death, a general common person faces this reservation. At the time of admission, to school, then college, then job, then promotion and then again the whole procedure repeated with their children. Why? If that common general person, work hard and reach to other country for the sake of job and wellbeing then this Govt. call that “BRAIN DRAIN” and start blaming the person as he is not loyal. When the person try to serve India, then he will not get the basic facilities i.e. admission in good college, fees relaxation, books etc. Why? When In our constituion, its clearly mentioned that we are one and there should not be any difference, then why this Government is dividing us in name of SC, ST, OBC, Minorities etc..Who have given authority to the Govt.? Govt. should support public, but in India, Govt sucks blood of public to fill their pockets… why there is no control on these politicians? A terrorist caught red handed while killing person, and it tooks years to proof that he is guilty. Is this our law system? Why don’t these politicians do not think that if they do not concentrate on these points, I am afraid that in near future, there will be existance of India on which these politician can rule. Every other country is trying to capture India. But I don’t know when they will wake up to realize it? Media is said to be the mirror to a country. But our media is more involved in “Sania Mirza`s marriage” then bomber attack in Mumbai and banglore. There is one simple question on above points… “Why a general category person do in this situation?” Recently, I saw that a SC candidate got 60,000/- per year for doing technical courses from UPTU. Whereas there is a general candidate and his father is retired and they do not have much income (< 1 lac/year). He have 2 sisters who are studying in college. He is an intelligent person, but can not attend college because he can not pay the fees. Is this equality? Government want equality in India, why there in unequal distribution of resources. When these people wake up, when there is no one to support them...? This is problem with us. Every one is interested in Sania Marriage but no one is interested in our future.......SAD
What do people have against "judicial activism?"? Isn't the entire point of the Judicial branch of government to be watchdogs and defenders of the US Constitution? So if Congress passes a law or the executive branch does something illegal, isn't it the job of the courts to strike down that action as unconstitutional. They are not legislating from the bench they are just interpreting certain laws or actions as unconstitutional and doing their job of checking the other two branches. And there are many examples of conservative activism such as striking down New Deal business regulations and economic legislation, the Bush v Gore case in 2000 and most recently when the 5 conservative justices overturned a 70 year old SC case that said the 2nd amendment was a collective right. courts never make law, they just strike down laws that go against the constitution therby invalidating them. THey didn't make law with Roe, the court ruled the aboriton ban went against the Constitution. Joe I agree with you that is precisely what the court does, invalidate laws that are unconstitutional. Farooq I agree the first step is the legislative body, but sometimes that doesn't work. Brown needed the court to invalidate Jim Crow, the southern legislature would never have done that. I don't agree with original intent, I believe you need to interpret the words of the Constitution and what they mean in todays time, not 230 years ago. No General MacArthur- the previous conservative administration shredded the COnstitution and consistently violated the law.

The head DJ is a very smart guy that knows a lot of resources and me and my family want to know if he could help us get pointed in the right direction. Problem is I know he gets loads of e-mails a day so I need a good attention getter to get a response from him. . . . . what we are e-mail him about is that my brother was 31 yrs old, he had a stoke 6 months after he got married and has two kids ages 4 and 3. they were 3 and 1 1/2 when he had the stroke this all happened in Dec. 2007. He needs medication and can't afford it government won't help him, his mother in law quit her job to move from SC to FL to help take care of him while his wife went to work and kids to school. He is a parapalegic and can only lay around the house totally depended on everyone can't play with his kids nothing. He can't go anywhere with his family not to his kids kindergarden graduations nothing can't go anywhere b/c he doesn't have a van can't afford it.. can't get ramps for his house to go outside.. can't take showers has to be sponged bath b/c there is no way to get him in and out of the shower or sit him on anything. He can't get anything and can't find anyway to all he can do is sit in bed or in his wheel chair and clicks his tounge when he needs something and that's all he does everyday. . . . bottom line I need a eye catcher subject line for an e-mail to send to this DJ asking him if he knows of anything we can do

Reservations for women? Women are the most discriminated category of citizens in India. With reference to the Affermative Action Plan of the present government reservations of 50% because women constitute about 50% of the population. Hence the Govt needs to bring in 50% reservations for women in jobs and education. The present system of reservations for SC/ST/ OBC/Muslims etc etc will no longer be required. This may also be benificial to the party that brings in this reservations since women constitute about 50% of the vote bank. (But political parties should not take women for granted and expect them to vote like the sheep).
